This class for teens is designed for them to experience the calm of meditation, gain balance, clarity and focus. Tweens and teens ages 12+ yrs experience age appropriate breath work & meditation techniques and get introduced to the world of meditation. __________________ In this meditation class, Teens will experience: - Easy Breathwork to calm the mind and stop the constant running of thoughts - An effortless & powerful Guided Meditation to gain clarity of mind, focus and deep rest. ____________________ What people are saying: “Thank you so much! We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 4 hrs before the class start time and we will transfer you to another class of your choice. If you cancel attendance less than 4 hours before class start time, you will forfeit the fees.
