Join this special meditation to: Embrace your body, Establish self love and self acceptance, Become more present with yourself.... and more! I invite you to join this meditative event where we will reconnect with our bodies. This reconnect requires us to be present in the moment with ourselves, to be a little still and move from the space of self love. Meditation and preparatory breathwork can help us find that space. Once we are in that space, we will move towards reconnecting with our bodies and seeing ourselves as the exquisite and graceful self that we are. So often our body image is not reflective of our body type. We feel our bodies are too thin or not thin enough, too tall or not tall enough, too wide or not wide enough. We feel we have too much of one attribute and not enough of another. All our lives, we all consume a steady diet of opinions about our bodies. These opinions come from parents, uncles and aunties, cousins and friends, television and films, magazines and the ever powerful social media. So when we look into the mirror, our vision is already filtered through the lenses of these opinions. Do we really see our body as it is? Can we really see our body as it is? To this, add age related changes and whoa!- a whole range of complex feelings appear that need to be navigated. Our bodies are our best friends. They provide us lifelong support, comfort and security. They aid us, nurture us and shelter us. They are the vehicles through which we experience the world and fulfill our desires. What if we saw our body through a lens of self love, self acceptance rather than a lens of opinions which may not be ours. What if we truly saw ourselves and judged the satisfactory-ness of our bodies on what they are rather than what they should be. I invite you to join this meditative event where we will reconnect with our bodies. This reconnect requires us to be present in the moment with ourselves, to be a little still and move from the space of self love. Meditation and preparatory breathwork can help us find that space. Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 4 hrs before the class start time and we will transfer you to another class of your choice. If you cancel attendance less than 4 hours before class start time, you will forfeit the fees.
