CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 4 hrs before the class start time and we will transfer you to another class of your choice. If you cancel attendance less than 4 hours before class start time, you will forfeit the fees.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:

In exchange for classes & workshops  offered by Somya Ramrakhyani & associated teachers, I hereby grant the following release from Liability. I release, discharge and hold harmless the Somya Ramrakhyani, associated teachers, directors, employees, and landlords (hereafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for damage or injury to my person, and to my property or other persons’ property, arising out of connection with, or caused in any manner by my participation in classes offered by Somya Ramrakhyani. In the event that I become ill or injured during or as a result of participation in classes through Somya Ramrakhyani, I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND RELEASE:                        

You assume all responsibility for and all risk of damage or injury that may occur as a student in classes through Somya Ramrakhyani. You specifically assume all risk for injury arising while attending the classes.You hereby release and discharge Somya Ramrakhyani & Released parties from all claims, demands, rights of causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, and resulting from or arising out of incident to your participation in the classes.

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age, have carefully read and fully understand this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, indemnity agreement and release, understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to this waiver, have agreed to it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature, and intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
