Whether your parenting skills are being tested due to shelter in place with your kids, or you are relishing quality time with them, either way you deserve some me-time.


Multiple research studies show that when we pull back to spend time with ourselves, and invest in self care, we are more present and productive. Guidelines for parents from CDC, American Psychological Association and others, notably emphasize self care practices - like meditation - for parents to cope with COVID19 .

By taking care of yourself, you not only help yourself, but also set a great example for your kids. Parents who take time for themselves model beneficial ways to manage emotions. They exemplify good mental health habits and excellent ways to build resilience.


Being a parent is an immensely rewarding experience. It can be a lot of fun.  It can also be stressful and overwhelming, especially when you don't have the energy or focus to efficiently deliver all that is asked of you. 


This class leads you to your center, and helps you find calm in daily chaos. It teaches effective, robust techniques that help you gain energy, feel a sense of tranquility and serenity. It helps you relax and let go of all stresses. Let the stresses dissolve and emerge refreshed and rested.
